Our warranty
One of the strongest warranties in the industry
We offer one of the strongest warranties in the industry. Most contractors stand behind their installation for 5 to 10 years. We stand behind ours for 20.
Typical contractor
5–10 yrs
Industry-standard workmanship (installation) warranty
- Workmanship coverage typically ends in 5 to 10 years
- Leak damage coverage is almost never offered
Bridgetown
20 yrs
Workmanship warranty, included with our standard package
- 20-year workmanship warranty at no extra cost
- Leak damage warranty, which very few roofers offer
- Extended Malarkey shingle warranty, available only through certified pros
Leak damage warranty
We’re one of the only roofing companies to offer a leak damage warranty. Your inspector will walk you through the details.
Extended Malarkey shingle warranty
Because we’re a Malarkey Certified Pro Contractor, your shingles qualify for an extended Malarkey warranty, longer than you can get from a contractor who isn’t Malarkey certified. It’s additional to our workmanship warranty.
Ask for full warranty terms during your free inspection.
